System Advantages

Achieves fully automatic operation of the Ascension pipe (AP) during the coke oven production process, enhancing the level of automation and increasing production accuracy and efficiency.

Stabilizes and reduces GCM pressure, improving control over emissions during the coal charging and initial coking stages.

Implements interlocked actions, ensuring quick and accurate operation and feedback. The interlock control reliably sequences the actions of the AP water seal cover, water seal valve, and high/low pressure ammonia water valves, preventing smoke and fire incidents, and meeting environmental production requirements.

Maintains a slight positive pressure at the bottom of the oven chamber during the coking cycle, effectively improving coke quality, protecting the coke oven structure, extending its service life, and enhancing production benefits.

Reduces the number of workers needed in high-temperature and high-heat positions on the coke oven top, avoiding misoperations that could cause safety incidents. Ensures high reliability of operations in emergency situations, significantly reducing safety production accidents, and fulfilling safety production requirements.
