  • SCPR®- SAC System

    Based on the coke oven operation plan and oven cars signals, the fully automatic SCPR-SAC system includes automatic opening and closing of the AP water seal cover, automatic opening and closing of the water seal valve, and automatic switching of high and low-pressure ammonia water.

Dalian Pu Cheng Control System Co., Ltd. has designed and developed the Single Chamber Pressure Regulation (SCPR®) system for coke oven gas collection. This system intelligently controls the pressure in the gas collection pipe while optimizing the ammonia spray system's suction capacity and coverage. It addresses the process requirements for large suction capacity needed during coal charging in different coke ovens and resolves the issue of smoke leakage from the oven door in the early coking stage. By regulating the pressure of the single oven chamber, it meets the requirement of maintaining a slight positive pressure at the bottom of the oven chamber in the late coking stage.
