The pressure of the coke oven GCM is an extremely important process parameter in coking production, but due to many interfering factors and complex changes, the pressure fluctuates frequently, and its stability is a common problem that troubles coking enterprises.

The frequent fluctuations in the pressure of the GCM cause multiple hazards. The high pressure causes smoke and fire to escape from the coke oven, and the repeated oscillation of pressure intensifies the leakage of the furnace wall, causes deformation of the furnace door, and intensifies sulfur emissions from the flue gas, resulting in significant environmental pressure. At the same time, it seriously affects the service life of the coke oven body, exacerbates coke burning loss, reduces the yield of gas and chemical products, and affects economic benefits.

In order to stabilize coke oven production and improve the production environment, Dalian Pu Cheng has designed and developed an intelligent pressure stabilizing system for GCM, which realizes intelligent modeling and correlation control between various regulating circuits, during coal loading and coking, large circulation valves, fan speed, etc. The system adopts a backend control method to achieve relatively stable and significant improvement in gas gathering pipe pressure.
